Have you tried clearing your local planning data? If this does not help, please provide some more information so we can check.

Can you please send a screenshot from the app? Screenshot at the point, where the app refuses to save.
Just make a new and short test route, Start + Destination. Then click upper right corner on 3 dots.
You should have as first entry “Save Route as”?
Slider should open from button and show save-dialogue. Expexted: Route-name and folder in second field.
Save.
Please also copy paste debug string (settings, scroll to bottom, click to copy)

I see two possibilities.
You are either logged in with a wrong user - have you pethaps created two accounts? It looks like this, when your account is brandnew.
The other is, that you (unintentionally) deleted your routes-folders. Already happened to me and others.

As you wrote you see old routes ..
Can you please check the count of folders with routes .. Left upper kurviger- icon .. My routes. You should have at least “Tracked Rides”. Count of tracks?
More folders?
Double check, if there are really routes, not only the “Tracked rides”.

If you have Tracks it is probably the correct login.
Then create a new folder for routes - upper right 3-Dots - “+ New Folder”. Then you can save again.
Then probably deleted the routes folder. If the planned routes are important for you, please ask here if the devs might be able to restore.
I have: my routes, tracked rides folder and again tracked rides folder. Then yes you can check if i have two accounts

I am not able to support more, just a member of this forum and tester in my free time, having made any possible error before, therefore so many questions. I agree at this point, it is technical issue.

I did check your account. You had one folder with 14 routes. This folder was deleted on June 2nd. I restored this folder, you should be able to see your routes again. I hope this solves the issue. If there is anything else, please let us know.
