New user… creating several routes to go across the US. I will break this in to 2-3 day routes, although, I wish I could make them longer? With this current map, I do have 2-3 way points, along with shaping cues. Not sure why, but it’s slow. It’s been calculating the route for minutes now?? I think this is the link. Picture of route along the US eastern seaboard is included.

You apparently had a VP14 on Emerald Isle which wass way off your coastal route and caused the router to struggle.
If I remove it, Iget something like this:
From what I see, even without VP14, you might need to do some route optimizations…
Maybe this closer to the route you are trying to get at the end:
When sharing links to your routes it is preferable to use “Share” function from the app - this should create much shorter link than the one you posted.

One more thing:
You have checked “Avoid toll roads”. This may exclude ferries as well, as many ferries charge for the passage.

Be aware that:
- there is a technical limitation on how long route can be, see Too long route bug - #22 by t00thl355 (not a bug, actually a limitation)
- the longer the route, the longer the recalculation takes. If I am riding 400km on one day, I do not need the 3000km of the route to be recalculated every single time I deviate. That is how recalculation currently works.
For me, keeping the sections to 1-3 days works fine, but some other users may prefer to plan longer.
