I am on the 7 day free trial of Kurviger Tourer+. I was looking for an alternative to Rever. I used Kurviger today and when I got home I wanted to save the route from my iOS device (iPhone 15 Promax). I chose save route and the circle at the bottom just spins for hours. I’ve tried saving it 3 times and it does not save. I only have the spinning circle for 3+ hours now. I finally gave up. Why won’t the route save? Yes, I am logged in on both the iPhone and my laptop.
You mean, you are trying to save the recording of your ride, using the finish ride button?
If yes, this should usually not happen, I am sorry about that. Have you tried to restart the app / phone just to make sure this isn’t a weird one off problem? Usually there should be a red error message, if something is wrong. If you have seen that, could you share the content?
