Bei uns ist das aktuell auch die Email-Adresse. Der Username ist nicht eindeutig und kein “handle” wie man das vielleicht aus Social Media kennt z.B.
Also steht auch bei Euch hinter jedem uneindeutigen username eine global eindeutige email-adresse (wegen DNS). D.h. das tupel von username und email kann verwendet werden, um das identity management korrekt zu gestalten. Wegen Datenschutz und Spam kann im Interface dennoch der pseudonyme Nutzername verwendet werden. Das meinte ich mit intelligenter voraussschauender Planung.
Gruppenbildung und Rollen können dann als Eigenschaften zugefügt werden. Aber das ist für Euch sicher trivial.

Hello, I just discovered a major problem for me. Why it is not possible to add a shared folder as an overlay as the other folders that are “mine”? I want to display my friend’s favorite routes and plan my ride, but I cannot do that. I can only load individual routes…

I stumbled over this point briefly too, but I see it as the current state of sharing being a huge step forward, though not the final one. I also think there will be further developments in this area over time

There is a technical limitation right now, we are aware of this and are looking into options to further improve this in the future.
