Hi all, my sound on my Sena headset is so soft that I cannot hear it clearly. I have tested it with google maps, in that app it is very loud and clear. Anyone else with the same problem? Is there a solution? Thanks in advance. Ronald
Hi, i have the same Problem ( and others ) with my S21 and Sena about is not loud enogh.
Special if sombosy is talking parllel. The Speech is louder.
And yes in other Apps it is different.
Now i try in the setting for google speech ( there where you choosed it ) to switch “louder speech” to on. ( Sorry open translation of that button )
Bei Samsung hilft die evtl die Samsung App Sound Assistent
entweder schon drauf oder im Samsung Store
For Samsung devices, the Samsung Sound Assistant app might help (either already installed or available in the Samsung Store).
That’s not a problem specific to the Kurviger. The voice volume is very loud without the intercom and actually needs to be turned down. It’s only when an active intercom conversation is added that it’s often too quiet.
Kurviger has no say in how Sena handles internal matters.
The Samsung Sound Assistant has no effect on this either.
I just downloaded the MyRoute app, no problem there!
Please let us know what kind of headset you have and which output channel you’re using for MRA and Kurviger. Is the headset paired with a smartphone?
Please also remember to turn the volume up to maximum during a turn-by-turn announcement.
It is a Nolan Branded Sena device. I have turned the volume multiple times to the max, but every time the volume is going down again. As said, no issues at all in other apps.
I asked you for more information, and that’s the only way we can help you.
I use a Sena SRL3 with a Samsung S23 Ultra, and for me, it’s very loud without the intercom.
Thank you, that is very much appreciated. It is from Nolan helmets: N-COM B101 R SERIES. The only thing I know that Sena technics are the basis.
Please take another look at my questions.
Please see here, a lot of people confirmed this solved the volume issue (volume can effectively only be changed when Kurviger speaks). Try to set output channel in Kurviger to Music/Media.
I have to disagree; the Samsung Sound Assistant does affect that. At least when you adjust the balance between radio and navigation announcements.
Kurviger is also quieter than Waze with the same settings.
da muss ich wiedersprechen, der Samsung Sound Assistent nimmt darauf einfluß. Jedenfalls wenn man das Verhältnis Radio / Naviansage regelt
Kurviger ist auch bei gleichen Einstellungen leiser wie Waze
