Then users will start asking for structural changes all the time, making everything complicated.

Since 3 years now I plan my tours principally in kurviger.de and export them into Dropbox directories solely (in .kurviger format). Here I can structure, sort, rename - just as I want.
In each tour folder I keep all my trip information (.gpx files for Garmin/TomTom co-riders, hotel bookings, URLs of recommendations, addresses of contact persons, emergency numbers of all participants, etc.). another variant is to create a folder structure on your own cloud drive. I use Google Drive and there you can create multiple subfolders if you prefer:

Only disadvantage - you have to use two additional apps on your Android mobile:
file explorer of your choice
drive sync (to synchronise the folder in the cloud with the folder on your mobile)
setup the pairing folders in Google Drive and on your mobile in drive sync and pay 2 Euros to get rid of the disturbing advertisement

das verstehe ich nicht. Kurviger ist es doch wurscht, ob Du eine gpx oder eine kurviger Datei importierst. Ich habe mir einen ‘Navi’ Ordner auf dem Smartphone angelegt, wo ich alle Routen speichere. Bei der Import/Export Funktion innerhalb der kurviger App kannst Du doch im Android File Explorer den Pfad einstellen, wohin die Datei gespeichert werden soll, bzw. woher sie importiert werden soll:
