Subscription, but no Tourer+ options

I have a Tourer+ subscription and I login via my Google-account. On my iPhone app and one laptop I can use Kurviver with all Tourer+ options. But on another laptop, I had to clear all website data and logged in again. Unfortunately, on this laptop after logging in I do not have the Tourer+ options and my Tourer+ subscription is not shown in my profile. What am I doing wrong?

Please have a look at our FAQ regarding this topic here. Most of the time, it’s actually just a case of accidentally logging in with a second account, which is quick to set up and free after all.
If you can access your subscription on your iPhone, click on the Kurviger icon (upper left) and on Profile icon (upper right) and have a look what email address you are logged in with here:


Do the same in the browser (Profile in in the navigation bar here) and compare. Is it actually the same account?

Sorry, it was my mistake. I thought I deleted all offline website data but I only did that for the last 4 weeks. When I cleaned the offline data for all time, Kurviger + Tourer+ works as expected.
