I just changed my email address and my Tourer + subscription disappeared. Now it shows a free plan.
I have a payed Tourer + subscription untill december, but I can’t find a way to reinitiate the current plan.
I initially had a plan through Paddle, but then changed to Apple on a later stage.
How can I get this working again?
How did you change the email address? Or are you maybe using multiple accounts? The email you are using here in the forum, a protonmail email has a cancelled yet active subscription from apple. If you sign in with this login, you should see your subscription and be able to use it. If this does not work, you could try to clear your local planning data to make sure there are no other issues: https://kurviger.com/settings/storage
I changed the email in the browser.
Got it sorted now. There are two emails in iOs, but only one showing. Obviously, the one not showing was the one in use
