I am going out on a trip in 2 days! I did the trial to see if it would work for me. It does. I want the navigation so I am ready to give you my money, why make me wait? I will need to find another solution if I can’t get navigation.

Upgraded you to Tourer+, unfortunately, this is a limitation of Paddle :frowning:

I have the same issue, first day on road trip and realised trial has limitations. Tried to cancel subscription to sign up and pay but cannot until trial ends :frowning:

This weekend we are going on a tour in Luxemburg. This morning i purchaced and activated the Kurviger Tourer subscription, but just found out to navigate i need the Kurviger Tourer+ subscription, but it is not allowed to upgrade during the trial period. Is there anything you can do to change that for me? I would like to have the ability to navigate this weekend.

I have ended your trial manually. That said, you are already on the Tourer+? Feel free to sign up for a new subscription and sorry for the troubles.

Sorry for the troubles, I cancelled your trial, you can sign up for a new subscription now. The trial handling at our payment provider is unfortunately not ideal :confused:.
