habe soeben das Tourer-Probeabo erworben. Dennoch werde ich bei “Navigation starten” aufgefordert, ein Upgrade durchzuführen. Ich kann nur im “Follower-Modus” starten. Ich kann mir zudem nicht die “Übersicht” anzeigen lassen sowie keine “Wegpunkte überspringen”(sind ausgegraut). Ich habe mein Endgerät ausgeschaltet sowie neu gestartet, doch das hat nichts geändert. Ich möchte auch nicht auf das “Tourer+” upgraden. Da stimmt doch etwas nicht, oder?

Die neue Kuviger App sagt, dass für die Navigation ein TourerPlus Abo benötigt wird, ich habe das Tourer Abo. In der alten App ging es aber, darum habe ich das Tourer Abo gekauft.
Warum geht das mit der neuen App nicht?

Nur noch kurz der Hinweis, das Tourer-Abo hat noch nie die Navigations-Funktion enthalten. Kurviger Pro hatte die Navigation. Und unsere Android BETA hat alle Funktionen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt (so wie jetzt unsere iOS BETA).
Due Kurviger Pro App habe uch damals auch gekauft. Was ist jetzt der richtige Weg für mich, wenn ich Touren am PC planen und mit dem Smartphone navigieren möchte?
Wenn du mit Kurviger navigieren möchtest, dann das Tourer+ Abo. Wenn du mit Kurviger nur Planen möchtest, dann das Tourer Abo.
Genau, Kurviger Pro hatte das Navigations-Feature.
I booked a 7-day test version for “Tourer”. Real navigation wasn’t possible, only “follow-modus” or upgrade.

For navigation you need Tourer+ (=yellow)
Which would almost be fraud… Anyway, I Like to test navigation apps before I buy. What’s a navigation App for If you can’t navigate? That’s ridiculous!
No, not a fraud, it is fair. Some bikers use the Tourer to have all planning features and use another navigation device like Garmin or TomTom - and only pay the half. Btw, navigation works like a charm.

If I order a 7-day trial version to see how the navigation works and the navigation doesn’t work at all, that’s not going to boost sales, to say the least.
I downloaded the app, along with several others, as navigation software, and this is the first one that doesn’t navigate.
Do you have any experience with the app? I’m looking for a navigation system where I can enter a destination and it will find good routes for me. I don’t want to plan.
There were several good ones that were either discontinued or sold and then discontinued. Others are no good.

There are 3 versions of Kurviger:
- Free with limited planning- and the Follow Mode in Navigation.
- Tourer with full planning capabilities and Follow Mode in Navigation
- Tourer+ with both
I think the other packages you tested also have a free version with limited functions, and then a full version - for full price. Kurviger is from point closer to the community and offers this additional version Tourer for half the price, as there are many out there using a dedicated navigation device, but love the advanced planning features in Kurviger.
When you selected the Trial-version, you have probably not chosen the Tourer+ package. In the description of the versions, it is stated, that navigation only works with Tourer+.
I cannot guess, what you mean, with “I don´t want to plan”, we are all different in our expectations.
Kurviger offers more or less a 1-click feature for round trips, where you can select length, direction and curviness. Or manual planning, where you have to enter at least start, destination. Some additional waypoints (via-points for destinations or shaping-points to vary the roads) can easily be added. This is done for simple routes in less than a minute.
Perhaps you can try another Trial-round. I guess you cancelled the trial-phase already.
I used another email-address, opened the app and cklicked some button (yellow - with Tourer+ -Logo?). I logged in, clicked on the Tourer+ version and applied for a Trial and got this:
Check for the blue area, which indicates the test period!
Btw, same license is valid for all your devices, Android, IPhone, webversion.
