Tourer+ iOS subscription not recognised after cancelation

Hi Kurviger Team,

I have a Tourer+ subscription that is still active until 23.3. as show in the subscriptions section of my iPhone. I canceled the subscription but I should still be able to use it until the expiry date. However, the subscription is not recognised. Not on the iPhone app and not on the webpage. I’m using the “Login with Apple” functionality on both devices. The email address is the same as here in the forum.
It would be great if you can look into that.

Thanks for looking into it. At the moment it’s working. I‘ll let you know if the issue pops up again.

Hi, I have the same issue with my account, although I should be able to use Tourer+ subscription until November I dont have such option
