Travelling via same roads causes navigation problems when recalculating

If you travel there and back via the same roads and, for whatever reason, recalculate on the way there, the kurviger iPhone app always routes you directly to your destination from that point.
Even if you are then on the actual tour (have left the roads that are used in both directions), the app always wants to route directly to the destination.
Apart from cancelling and restarting the routing, I have not found any way to navigate the planned tour.
So you have to stop, take off your gloves, get out your mobile phone, cancel the tour, restart the tour… all of which is pretty uncool with your fellow passengers waiting.

Can you build a shortcut into the iPhone app to restart the currently loaded tour? If the planned tour is displayed as an overlay, this option always helps when you have left the tour and the navigation system has rescheduled the tour for whatever reason.

I see it this way - if I want to ride the Route as planned, there is more to loose than to win with recalculation - so I keep it off.

If I divert from the blue line, it is usually easier to zoom out a bit and find my way back then to deal with the possible consequences of the recalculation.

If you add at least one via-point somewhere to the far end of your route, a recalculation should keep most of your route. Kurviger gives a hint when you click on the yellow triangle.

Thanks for the hint, I will try it…
