When planning a route in the, iOS app I keep getting the undefined error message when I put an endpoint in the route. It accepts the starting point, but when I put a city name or the actual address as the in point I keep getting the undefined error message.
I have restarted the app repeatedly and it does it every single time. How do we correct this so that I can use the app?

What error message do you receive exactly? What device do you use and could you also post your debug information (Settings → scroll all the way down, copy).
What you can try immediately is deleting the local data: Settings → scroll down → delete local data. Maybe that will solve the problem already.
