Dear Kurviger Forum
since this morning, tracks safed under the folders in the cloud aren’t visible anymore when using the Online Version with my PC. I’ve tried emptying the browser cache, I’ve tried rebooting PC, Kurviger Software and Browser. As soon as I want to open a folder no track are displayed and the opnline software get stuck.
My Internet Connection is ok …
Anyone has had such issues?
We just launched an update that should help with this issue. If the issue still exists after reloading the website, you can try to delete the local planning data here: https://kurviger.com/settings/storage
