Why route block and essence is not available whith tourer i paid for ? Ive got samsug a71 android and i have subscription of tourer

No way then why i pay for tourer and cannot have access even for gasoline then i not renewed it in August. But i think you are wrong.
Free is limited planning and only Follow-Mode as simple Navigation.
Tourer is for all planning features, but also only Follow mode. This is intended for users, who normally use a Garmin, TomTom etc. for half the price.
Tourer+ contains full planning and navigation, so full price. I think it is a really fair pricing model.
Please write, what you really need.
In Tourer-Planning you can search for fuel stations along your planned route in search field.
Enter “Fuel” and dependant on existing route and zoom-level fuel-stations are shown and you can use it for your planning.

Ok if a route is block by construction the button is not available and gas too not available i think i paid for a service that is not good at all. Why when i click 3 points only the botton stop or pause is available. I think it’s not fair to block tourer like that why i used it now ?? I cannot or have to go see google this one i never paid for and i think better !!! 
You receive exact the service you paid for. Road block is related to navigation and you did not pay for navigation. See explanation of licences above. For Navigation you need Tourer+.
Again, there is surely nothing wrong, otherwise you would not have used it at all or would make such an effort to get more for less.
It is about 10 litres of fuel extra, and you have everything you need, want, and less headache.
Then tell me the difference of free and tourer. Nothing but 17$ out of my wallet for no service even the route block. That’s unfair and i not renewed it the next 10 August.

Judging by your posts you appear to be very angry.
Do you feel that Kurviger did not provide enough information and opportunity to test the app? What can be improved?
Or do you think that Kurviger pricing is too high, compared to the similar motorcycle navigation apps (Calimoto, Detecht, Rever…)?
I know everyone here has an opinion on these questions, but I would like to deescalate a bit and hear out what caused @Ginko to be so disappointed with the app.
I see no bigger escalation. @Ginko loves Kurviger.
We have no issue with pricing, we talk about expectations and acceptance.
The point is: @Ginko feels it is unfair. Why?
@Ginko: Where does this expectation come from, that road block and inserting fuel station is possible with Tourer (while navigation)? Where is it stated?
The pricing model are packages with certain functions for a certain price. There is no individual pricing and choosing only “my” required functions. Already explained above. It is how it is. And if the provided functions are not worth the price (for you), then “Free” may already be fine for you.
Feeling angry about a piece of software, come on, not worth the time.
I think you’re misunderstanding some things.
Street block or fuel station buttons are only available if you’re riding with a route. Cause these two buttons are depending on you navigating the route
In the “follow mode” there’s no route and no active navigation. So the buttons are grayed out.
It doesn’t have to do anything with your subscription plan. Same behavior would be with the Tourer+ in follow mode

In follow-mode there is no route!
Fuel-stations are searched in navigation along the route - and not for an aera. Navigation for a route requires Tourer+. So it is not unfair, this functionality is just not, or not yet available.
Same for road blocks. It currently blocks a part of your route. If you are driving in follow-mode, you drive as you want. Which road should be blocked when you are driving as you want?
Fact is: With a look at the pricing table, navigation is promised for Tourer+. Only for Tourer+. Not promised for free and not for Tourer.
What we get is still a limited navigation in Follow-Mode, what is enough for some usecases.
So even if the Follow-Mode-Navigation would not be possible at all, and even the button to start navigation would not exist at all - everything would be as promised!
In other words - we receive a gift and are disappointed because the gift is not big enough.
Dont want to know tourer +. TELL me the differences from free and Tourer ??? Is it 17$ the difference and nothing else ???
A gift let me laugh i paid 17$ for nothing different from free and tourer. Is it that your gift ???

- No annoying ads
- Support the constant development of Kurviger
The last point is about the 17$. If someone uses the app regularely, I think it is at least fair to reward the developpers for their efforts. If someone does not use the app so frequently or cannot afford 17$, then it is courtesy of Kurviger to be able to use the free version.
