Same problem here.
I get no error message at all, regardless of on what device I try: PC, mobile phone or tablet. After filling in username and password, the password just disappears when I press login.
Restart of the device doesn’t fix it.
I’m leaving tomorrow so I’m hoping for a quick fix!

Tablet login works for routing, but not on the mobilphone for navigation.
I‘m on tour and need the navigation urgently
Habe das selbe Problem. Wollte gerade die Route für eine größere Tour für morgen früh laden - auf einmal offline und Anmelden geht nicht mehr.
Und für den Mist bezahle ich ein Abo.
Wenn es bis morgen früh nicht geht steh ich vor meiner Urlaubstour ganz schön blöd da ohne Navi!
Heute bei der Routenplanung plötzlich offline und Einloggen geht nicht mehr.
Kann es sein das der Server Probleme macht?
Habe es am Mac, am Tablett und am Handy probiert.
Ist natürlich nicht so gut da ich morgen früh auf eine größere Tour gehen will.
Hallo, ich habe das gleiche Problem, habe das mit dem Leerzeichen bereits überprüft. Wenn ich mich in der App anmelden will, kommt die Nachricht, dass es keine gültige E-Mail-Adresse sei. Im Web funktioniert es problemlos.

Our authentication provider seems to have issues right now, it should work on and off. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
Danke fürs Melden, ich habe nachgesehen und kann mich aktuell einloggen.
Scheinbar hat unser Authentifizierungs-Dienst aktuell ein Problem und es scheint immer mal kurzzeitig zu Fehlern zu kommen. Probiert es bitte ein paar Minuten später nochmal, hoffentlich geht es dann. Ich hoffe, das der Fehler bald behoben wird.

Btw… Unter anderem wegen solchen Fehlern hab ich mich mehr oder weniger von Calimoto verabschidet - da ist mir das auf meinen Touren damals 3 oder 4 mal so passiert. Während einer Tour natürlich besonders ärgerlich…
