Kurviger app Pro schaltet zwischendurch ab

Hallo!
Ich habe gelegentlich das Problem, dass meine Kurviger Pro App einen Abo-Fehler hat. (anschließend bei Google Play aufrufen und es geht wieder)
Woran kann das liegen, bzw. was mache ich falsch?

Google Play error

Google Play is responsible to retrieve + provide the subscriptions in the apps. Apps ask Google Play app for the available subscriptions (it requires internet). Google Play asks Google server → caches → returns available subscriptions.
