No access to tourer subscription on Web-App which has bee created on iOS

I purchased a Tourer subscription via the iOS App on my iPhone. Everything works fine on iPhone and on iPad. But on the Web-App the subscription is not recognized. The account on the Web-App is the same, because I can see all the routes I have created on the iPhone.

When I select “Kurviger Tourer Abo verwalten” on the Web-App there is an error message “Interner Fehler! Keine Premiummitgliedschaft gefunden.”

What can I do to active the tourer subscription on the Web-App, too?

This sounds like you have a different e-mail for your subscription used then for your account. Generally each user can create an account less subscribing any premium service. If you go to the web app and click on ‘Profile’ - what is displayed then?

It’s the same e-mail address in the Web-App and on iOS. I used my GMail account to register on the Web-App. The same E-Mail address is used on the iPhone for my Apple-ID.

But finally I could resolve the issue by registring again on the Web-App with my Apple-ID. Now it works - but just on kurviger.com, not on kurviger.de. It seems that there are different versions of the Web-App on the different domains. There is no option to login with Apple-ID on the de-site
