I’ve following comment and claim:
First the claim: I drove the Passo Carnizza in Friaul and you can mark this Passo as completely open!!! It is a very small but complete restored passing. The road is very good! But please drive their very carefully because the size is made for motorcycles 
and the width is not much!!!
Second is a big thank. We were 2 weeks on road in the Balkan and find with kurviger roads you never try or find without. Days without any car 
or people on the road.
