Thanks for contacting us about this. We currently don’t know why this happens, as this occurred suddenly and we haven’t changed our app or Google Play configuration. Unfortunately, during the weekend we cannot get hold of anyone at Google Play to support us with triaging this issue.
We are very sorry that this is happening.
What you can do in the meantime, you can sign up through our website using Paddle instead of Google Play. You can do this on your smartphone as well.
Open a browser, go to https://kurviger.de/premium, login with your account and sign up for Kurviger Tourer or Tourer+.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we will let you know once we were able to fix this issue.
Ok, we have been able to contact someone at Google Play. Unfortunately, they were not able to resolve the issue and had to forward this to a different department and they will be back after the weekend. So at least until Monday payments for the Kurviger App won’t work through Google Play.
You can pay through Paddle on the website.
I am very sorry the inconvenience and will try to resolve this issue ASAP with Google Play.

multiple times today. Unfortunately, no news so far, the support can only write tickets, but not fix the issue, so let’s hope this will be resolved soon.
Somehow I was able to ‘upgrade’ my subscription to Tourer+, after going through various links on the apps and web.
Anyway, not sure when and what I missed it, but the needed upgrade to Tourer+ to get voice navigation again was a bit of a surprise to me. However, all good, keep working on the improvements and simplifications.
Tourer (without +) is for plannig and never included navigation.
However navigation was free too use (without any subscription) during the initial test phase.
This initial test phase is over and you have to pay for navigation (via subscription to Tourer+)
We have just been informed by Google that the issue was resolved. You should be able to subscribe through the Kurviger App again.
If this issue still persists, please try to clear the Google Play and Google Play Services cache and maybe try to restart your phone. But I expect that payments will go through as usual again without requiring any further changes on your end.
