To Kurviger - do you intend to develop an IOS app?
I really like the Kurviger environment but would like to go to the next step and use the app. But I’m on IOS. Also I would prefer using a native app rather than a 3rd party one (referring to Scenic).

This is planned, yes.
We can’t provide an exact ETA for the iOS app, I would not expect big news in the next weeks.

This is a topic existing unfortunately for years…I’m waiting as well for years for an iOS App… 
…now there’s an upgrade of the version but an iOS App is still not available. I already use Kurviger for years and even financially support it, but I can only use the half of it…the desktop version for planning…I’m really looking forward to see a iOS version - And no, I don’t want to use this alternative Scenic App (this doesn’t fit for me) - I had the opportunity to use Kurviger on an Android once, but since I have only one mobile phone contract and my main mobile is (in this case unfortunately an iphone) I cannot switch permanently and hold always an up to date Android phone as backup.
That’s really too bad so far.

Wir haben ja Ende letzten Jahres angekündigt, dass eine iOS-App auf lange Sicht geplant ist. Wir haben mittlerweile viel Grundsteine dafür gelegt. Wir können aber leider keine fixe Deadline versprechen, wir lassen es euch wissen, wenn es so weit ist. In den nächsten Wochen wird es auf jeden Fall nichts.

du brauchst keinen weiteren “mobile phone contract” - nimm dein Iphone per tethering als WLAN-Basis für ein preiswertes (gebrauchtes) Android smartphone und navigiere drauf los …
Hi Wolfgang (aka zaphod_42), ist mir schon klar,
aber das wäre immer nur eine Notlösung oder umständlich. Ich glaube, ich hatte es mal so laufen lassen… Ich müsste 2 Phones betreiben. Mein iPhone betreibe ich schon während der Fahrt (da laufen noch andere Dinge drauf) und dann noch einen Hotspot für ein altes Android… mit extra Halterung…(zumal ich noch ein Garmin laufen habe, auf dem ich im Prinzip dann die in Kurviger erstellten und mit einigem Aufwand transferierten Routen dann laufen) eine App wäre echt mal gut.
OSMand und Locus gibt es ja auch bereits seit einiger Zeit für iOS. Ich nutze sie zwar hin und wieder, aber mein Hauptplanungstool ist nach wie vor Kurviger am Desktop und es wäre schön, dass dann direkt in einer gleichen App am iPhone weiterbetreiben zu können.
Immerhin gibt es sicherlich nicht wenige iPhone Jünger, die das nutzen würden.
Ich bin im Herzen tatsächlich ein Android Fan, aber nutze tatsächlich ein iPhone (warum soll jetzt mal egal sein). Mit 2 Handys möchte ich nicht unterwegs sein. Eins reicht vollkommen.
In sofern wäre es schön, wenn meines Wissens die bereits jahrelange Vertröstung, dass da mal was für iOS kommen soll einmal Früchte tragen würde. Das wäre echt super…

Dann läufst du nicht mit zwei Handy rum, sondern ersetzt nur den Navigator durch ein Smartphone.
Oder aber du fährst die nächsten zwei Jahre noch wie bisher …

Really really sad that an IOS app is not materializing faster.
Like already mentioned by others, I don’t want using 3rd party apps nor using a second phone.
Both options are not handy at all.
Would be great if you could at least share a kind project plan / timing.
Worldwide IOS represents 28 % of market shares vs 71% for Android.
Agreed that Android MS is 2,5 bigger than IOS but 1) 28% is still a sizeable MS 2) probably that in the motorbike high end segment, the one using this type of app (Kurviger), IOS is above the 28%.
Well it is planned, we cannot share a timeline publicly at this point. This is an important topic for us though.
Mich interessiert, ob man in einer zukünftigen iOS Version die App mit dem gleichen Account benutzen kann oder muss man dann noch mal ein neues Abo abschließen?
Danach habe ich auch schon mit einer anderen App gesucht,
ging leider nicht da Android Google Play Store und IOS Apple Store ist.
Geplant ist ein Abo für alles.
Huhu habe mich gerade angemeldet und gesehen, dass IOS (immer noch) nicht unterstützt wird. Kann man einen verbindlichen Zeitpunkt erfahren, wann sich das ändert?
Wir arbeiten wirklich dran, aber wir sind ein winzig kleines Team und bitten da noch um Geduld 
Konkrete Ankunftszeiten für Features nennen wir nie, da sich das extrem ändern kann. Wenn 1 Person krank wird fehlt praktisch 25% unserer Entwickler-Kraft

In June 23 I asked you about the status of the IOS app. You answered that it wouldn’t come in the next weeks. But we are now 7 months alter and we haven’t yet seen anything about the IOS app.
Could you pls provide an update. I think it would be much appreciated by the community.
