Hi Guys, I’m just planning to have a hardware extansion into my BMW GS 1250 navigation holder for using Kurviger app with the BMW handlebar wonder wheel. It seems one of the few possible solutions is WonderLINQ.
Seeing the screenshot by @Hobbyfahrer about the available functions by the wheel I can see panning optons connected to wheel, but zoom in/out is not even though @ToTo_GSA_Rider mentioned zoom function too.
My question: is it possible to zoom in/out and to pan up/down/right/left in one setting? For example can I zoom in and pan right after?

(What does Eject mean in this context?)

ja es ist möglich mit dem Kontrollrad in Verbindung mit dem WunderlinQ Hardware in der App zu zoomen und zu schieben. Das schieben erreicht man durch kurzes schnelles drücken nach rechts oder links.

“EJECT” müßte @Hobbyfahrer was zu sagen. Bei mir ist nichts passiert wenn ich auf den Blinkerschalter gedrückt habe.

yes it is possible to zoom and pan with the control wheel in conjunction with the WunderlinQ hardware in the app. The sliding is achieved by briefly pressing quickly to the right or left.

“EJECT” would have to @Hobbyfahrer what to say. For me, nothing happened when I pressed the turn signal switch.

The connection problem with the Samsung S23 Ultra is not solved with this version either.

Die Probleme mit dem Samsung S23 Ultra sind wohl mit Android 14 behoben worden und die Verbindung wird jetzt wieder hergestellt.

Aber du hast ja auch in einem späteren Eintrag geschrieben, dass du keine Probleme mehr feststellen konntest und das WunderlinQ ohne Probleme funktioniert.

Hallo zusammen, habe gerade das neue Update installiert und von WunderLINQ noch nicht gelesen. Habt ihr denn schon einen Ansatz für das verlassen der Navigation in die WunderlinQ App gefunden? Wichtig, die Betonung liegt auf ANSATZ und nicht auf Lösung.

Hi Guys,
Now I have the WunderlinQ device installed. Using the app I could set up Kurviger as the default Navigation sw. Using the Default setting for WunderlinQ app Hardware setting, I can zoom in/out scrolling the wheel up/down. Pressing wheel right/left causes panning the map but only with very small steps: by only a few pixels - it’s cannot slide the map far right/left. How can I set it more useful?
What about panning up/down? Can I set it somehow to provide this feature?
And finally: how can I exit from Kurviger with the wheel (or the signal cancel button) for making phone call, or controlling music, etc)?
If I change WunderlinQ app Hardware setting from Default to Custom, could you give advise to achive these goals?

Hi @AttiM

This is the current state of affairs. It will be difficult to move the map up and down as this function is occupied by the zoom function.
You should also communicate your wishes in the WLQ forum.

You should also ask this in the forum. WunderLINQ and Kurviger will have to find a solution together.

With Carpe Iter, I can push Kurviger into the background.

I’ve contacted with WunderLINQ Support with my questions below:

I am also only a user of the Kurviger app. Unfortunately, I can’t give you an answer to your questions. I am waiting for the function that allows you to jump back and forth between the apps.

ich bin auch nur Anwender der Kurviger App. Leider kann ich Dir auf Deine Fragen keine Antwort geben. Ich warte selbst auf die Funktion, dass man ziwschen den Apps hin und her springen kann.

Mit den BarButtons kann man mit Kurviger1/3, OsmAnd, Locus……
