Hi everyone!
I’m reaching out for some help with a frustrating zoom issue. I’m currently setting up my gear for a 3-week trip this summer and I really want to use Kurviger (v3) as my main navigation app, but I can’t get the zoom to work properly.
The Setup:
Device: DMD Nor7e tablet.
Connection: BMW Syncbox (wired connection).
App: Kurviger (v3).
The Problem:
The physical zoom buttons on the front of the Nor7e and the BMW wheel (via Syncbox) do NOT zoom inside Kurviger.
Crucially: Panning works perfectly! I can move the map around using the controller/wheel, but the zoom commands simply don’t register.
Everything (both panning and zooming) works perfectly in DMD2, Waze, and Google Maps.
The standard device volume buttons on the side of the tablet DO zoom in Kurviger, but the specialized onboard buttons and the BMW wheel are ignored for zooming.
What I’ve tried so far:
DMD as Service is ON (Accessibility permissions granted).
In Kurviger, I’ve toggled “Map control with media buttons” both ON and OFF.
In DMD2 “Remote Controller” settings, everything is mapped correctly.
Since panning works in Kurviger and everything works in Waze/Google, the DMD2 service is clearly communicating with the apps, but Kurviger v3 seems to be looking for a different signal specifically for the zoom function.
I will tried also keymapper, then I got tablet onboard - and + to work, but I cant find keycodes or proper setings for DMD BMW syncbox. So frustrating that systems are so closed, cant make controller input select anymore. Kurviger is so good app, but becomes useless for me, if I cant zoom during the navigation 
Has anyone found a fix or a specific setting to get the zoom working for this setup in Kurviger v3? I have some time before my summer trip to get this sorted, but I’m currently at a loss.
