Display distance / time of waypoints in their management screen.
Available in Kurviger 2.2.19 (Beta).

Kurviger 2.2.19 (Beta) displays in waypoint info bubbles and waypoints list:
- Distance / time to previous / next waypoint (via or shaping)
- Distance / time to start / destination
Please let me know if you want to change the 1st line and display:
- Distance / time to previous / next via point
- Distance / time to start / destination

I also have a slightly tendency for this (second) variant.
Does that mean, that the time/distance for shaping-points (red circles) would be empty, and only viapoints (blue circle) would contain time/distance info?

We can also do this to make the list (and info bubbles) less complicated and heavy.
Implemented in Kurviger 2.2.28.
