Provide an extra alternative rendering of location marker and direction arrow.

Current method uses advanced OpenGL, which can be incompatible with some older devices, poor drivers, etc.

So add also a conventional method of svg icons, with all expected features: color, size, tip.
There have been reports, e.g. here or here, that would benefit from this extra option.
